This is what the Lord says:
“Death is swallowed in victory.
O death, where is your victory?
O death, where is your sting?”
For sin is the sting that results in death.
But thank God! He has given us victory over sin and death through our Lord Jesus Christ.

In Christ, your sins are forgiven, death has no grip on you, and you will share in His victory.
