Prayer after the Lord’s Supper: ‘your creation will taste that grace’

by John Witvliet on February 6, 2009

Almighty and Loving God
We thank you.
We thank you for your sheer grace,
your beautiful grace,
your amazing grace.
And now we pray that the congregations we represent,
the towns and suburbs and cities in which we live all over this world,
that every square inch of your creation will taste that grace
and bring glory and praise to you.
Send us out, we pray, now
in the power of your Spirit
to live with great joy.
Through Christ our Lord we pray,
Amen.
